Russia’s state communications watchdog Roskomnadzor mentioned on Friday that it was taking punitive measures in opposition to a string of overseas IT corporations, together with TikTok, Telegram, Zoom, Discord and Pinterest.

In an announcement, Roskomnadzor mentioned that the measures had been in response to the businesses’ failure to take away content material that it had flagged as unlawful, and would stay in place till they complied. It didn’t specify what measures can be taken.
