The Nepal authorities on November 13 determined to ban the Chinese-owned social community platform TikTok, citing its destructive results on social concord.
According to authorities spokesperson and Minister for Communication and Information Technology, Rekha Sharma, Monday’s Cabinet assembly determined to ban TikTok’s use.
The determination to ban TikTok can be carried out via the Ministry of Communication and IT, she mentioned.
