Top seed Aleksey Grebnev from Russia was joined on the helm by two Indians on Wednesday on the Asian junior chess championship. Third seed S. Rohith Krishna and thirteenth seed S. Aswath moved into the lead place after their wins in opposition to Ritvik Krishnan and Gilbert Tarigan (Indonesia) respectively.
That was after Grebnev was held to a draw by Ayush Sharma on the highest board. With simply two rounds remaining, the leaders are on 5.5 factors and are adopted half some extent behind by Sambit Panda, Manish Cristiano, Ayush and L.R. Srihari.
Bristy Mukherjee and G. Tejaswini share lead
In the women’ part, thirteenth seed Bristy Mukherjee and eleventh seed G. Tejaswini are sharing the lead with six factors every. That was as a result of Tejaswini beat the opposite in a single day chief, Mrittika Mallick, and Bristy overcame Shubhi Gupta.
