Ignacimuthu will get Abdul Kalam award for excellent providers within the area of scientific analysis
Veteran Communist Party of India chief R. Nallakannu acquired the ‘Thagaisal Thamizhar Award’ from Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.Ok. Stalin in the course of the Independence Day celebrations on Monday. After receiving the award on the ramparts of Fort St. George in Chennai, Mr. Nallakannu donated the award’s money part of ₹10 lakh to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund alongside together with his further contribution of ₹5,000.
Dr. S. Ignacimuthu, Director of Xavier Research Foundation of St. Xavier’s College at Palayamkottai in Tirunelveli district acquired the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Award in appreciation of his excellent providers within the area of scientific analysis. B. Ezhilarasi of Nagapattinam district, who rescued two youngsters from drowning in a pond, was conferred with the Kalpana Chawla Award for Courage and Daring Enterprise.

Deputy Collector S. Lakshmipriya acquired the ‘Ungal Thoguthiyil Mudhalvar Award’ for her contributions to the grievances redressal mechanism within the scheme. Chengalpattu District Social Welfare Officer Sangeetha Veera Santhanam acquired the Chief Minister’s Best Practices Award for remodeling the lives of transpersons.
IAS officer J. Jayakanthan acquired the award for rejuvenation of water our bodies throughout his stint as Collector Sivaganga district. IPS officer and Chennai Police Commissioner Shankar Jiwal acquired the award for ‘Kaval Karangal’ initiative. Though awards had been introduced for Tiruvallur, Dindigul and Tirunelveli Collectors for his or her initiatives ‘Siragugal – Bricks’, Rooftop Rainwater Harvesting Structures and ‘Thaicare Nellai’ respectively, they weren’t current, as they had been of their respective districts for the flag hoisting ceremonies.
Under the class ‘awards for exemplary service for the welfare of the differently-abled persons’, Dr. B. Jeyaganesh Murthy of Udhagamandalam gained the perfect physician award. Renaissance Trust in Pudukkottai gained the perfect establishment award, S. Amutha Shanthi of Madurai gained the perfect social employee award and TAFE J Rehab Centre in Madurai secured the perfect non-public employer award. Dindigul District Central Co-operative Bank was amongst different banks which gained awards.
Vanavil Trust of Nagapattinam gained the perfect establishment award and Dr. G. Pankajam of Gandhigram Rural Institute in Dindigul gained the perfect social employee award below the class of awards for providers rendered in the direction of the welfare of ladies.
As for Chief Minister’s Award for finest performing native our bodies, Salem gained below the Municipal Corporation class. Among municipalities, Srivilliputhur, Gudiyatham and Tenkasi acquired the primary, second and third prizes respectively. Karunguzhi in Chengalpattu district, Kanniyakumari in that district and Sholavandan in Madurai district secured the highest three positions among the many city panchayats.
Dr. P. Vijaya Kumar of Ranipet district, M. Mohamad Ashick of the Nilgiris district, G. Srikanth of Vellore district and S. Sivaranjani of Nagapattinam district acquired the Chief Minister’s State Youth Award.
